Support

GUL’s relationship with a client extends far beyond the time that the sale is completed. GUL wants to assist companies and inspectors with their guided wave testing needs so that they can maximise the value that can be obtained from the equipment. The required support can range from providing e-mail assistance to giving on-site instruction to improve inspectors’ experience, ensuring they provide excellent inspection information.

If you are having specific problems with equipment or data that you have collected please send or upload data that shows the problem you are having, even if it appears that you weren’t able to collect data, as the files contain a wealth of information that will often allow us to diagnose any problems.
